THE BEEROCRACY BONFIRE NIGHT 2022

Bonfire Night 2022 is upon us and we cant be more excited!

This year we are blowing it up and going for bigger and better.

Help us to celebrate this British Tradition and enjoy the areas biggest fire. This year we are honored to run this as a fundraiser for The Spirit of Schuyler Scholarship Fund in honor of our fallen brewer & Brother - Corey Drake.

This year, as with past we will be walking the Guy Effigy to the bonfire in a flaming torchlit procession and we will be led by the amazing bagpipes of Ray Brewer, we will also be hosting a number of guest breweries and wineries under the pavilion. Torches available for purchase.

Our great friends at Dean Lane Catering will also be onsite offering some delicious eats to fill your bellies with and have learnt from last year to accommodate for the masses and guarantee the food will be amazing (Check out the bottom of the page for the menu!!).

The Variables will be providing the perfect music under the pavilion for you to enjoy while purchasing drinks from the amazing beverage vendors we will have onsite.

The Spirit of Schuyler will also be hosting a table and educating attendees on the great things they are doing as well as running a raffle with an amazing prize.

Parking & Complimentary Shuttle Bus services from watkins glen and local parking spots will also be available. More info to follow shortly about pickup and drop off locations.

Admission tickets: Presale Until 29th October - $15.00 Adult / $7.50 under 21. Regular After 29th October - $20.00 Adult / $10.00 under 21.

Flaming Torches are: Presale until 29th October - $10.00. Regular after 29th October - $15.00.

This is an outdoor event so please keep an eye on the weather and dress accordingly. Please feel free to bring a pop up chair to use around the fire once it burns down.

***MOST IMPORTANTLY*** We want this to be a fun event, but please understand there comes a lot of risk with putting on this event. Please be respectful of our staff, volunteers and craft beverage expo vendors. It's taken a lot of planning to put this together and will be a great night... Remember, Remember (lol) this event involves fire, if you are in the procession please stay a safe distance from others in front of you. When lighting the fire with the torches please listen to our staff for instructions, when enjoying the fire please do not play with it, simply relax and enjoy it......

FREE SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE  - FREE Shuttle Bus (Fitzgerald Bros Bus) service starts at 5:30pm from Watkins Glen Harbor Parking Lot (Not the Harbor Hotel parking lot).  - Shuttle stops will be - Watkins Harbor Parking Lot - Lakewood Vineyards - The Beerocracy.  - Shuttle will run continuously throughout the evening and the last shuttle will leave The Beerocracy at 10pm.  - Please be patient, this is a 14 person shuttle and it takes a bit of time to get to all the stops.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:  5:00pm - Event Opens to the public  6:15pm - Flaming Torch procession meet at front of The Beerocracy  6:30pm: Flaming Torchlit Procession with the Guy Effigy to bonfire site  7:00pm - Lighting of the fire  10:00pm - Event closes and last shuttle departs.
